Ingredients

  • 1 green pear, halved

  • 1/4 tsp cardamom

  • 10 raisins

  • 6 tsp agave nectar

  • 1 tbsp mint, chopped

  • 1/4 tsp cardamom

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350° F.

  2. Cut the pear in half. Scoop out the core, forming 2 “boats.”

  3. Fill each half with 5 raisins, and then drizzle with agave nectar.

  4. Sprinkle the chopped mint and cardamom on each half of the filled pear.

  5. Place the pears in a baking dish and cover with foil paper. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
