Ingredients

1 green pear, halved

1/4 tsp cardamom

10 raisins

6 tsp agave nectar

1 tbsp mint, chopped

1/4 tsp cardamom
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350° F.

Cut the pear in half. Scoop out the core, forming 2 “boats.”

Fill each half with 5 raisins, and then drizzle with agave nectar.

Sprinkle the chopped mint and cardamom on each half of the filled pear.

Place the pears in a baking dish and cover with foil paper. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
